Used Car Sales Manager

Arnold Clark Edinburgh is recruiting a Used Car Sales Manager to lead our high-performing used car operation. Arnold Clark is Europe's largest independently owned car dealer, giving this role unrivalled reach and resource.

You will manage a team of sales executives, oversee stock acquisition and pricing, set and monitor daily targets, and ensure compliance with all FCA obligations.

You will play a pivotal role in developing junior team members whilst driving profitability for the branch.

• Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or senior Sales Executive
• Strong understanding of CAP/Glass's valuations
• FCA-regulated experience
• Excellent people management skills
