About the Role
Sytner BMW Southampton is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our award-winning team. As one of the UK's most prestigious BMW dealerships, we offer an outstanding environment in which to develop your career.
In this role you will manage the full sales cycle — from initial customer enquiry through to handover — ensuring every client receives an exceptional brand experience. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly unit and profit targets while building a loyal customer base through referrals and repeat business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in premium automotive retail, strong knowledge of BMW products and finance products, and a passionate, customer-first attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' automotive sales experience, preferably premium brand
- Demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets
- FCA-approved or willing to undertake compliance training
- Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
- Basic salary £25,000 + uncapped OTE to £50,000
