Sales Executive

Hendy Ford Exeter is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our high-volume team. We are one of the South West's leading Ford dealerships, offering a dynamic environment with genuine career progression.

You will handle customer enquiries across new and used vehicles, conduct test drives, present finance options, and deliver outstanding post-sale experiences. Daily use of our Dealer Management System to manage your pipeline is essential.

Ideal for someone with at least one year in automotive retail who is ambitious and keen to grow within a supportive dealer group.

• 1+ years automotive sales experience preferred
• Confidence in presenting finance proposals
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Basic £20,000 + OTE to £38,000
