Our Story

Founded by automotive industry veterans, Automotive Talent Partners understands the unique demands of the motor trade in ways that generalist recruiters simply cannot. We have worked on dealership floors, in service departments, and across group head offices — which means we know what good looks like at every level of the business.

Our journey began when our founders grew frustrated watching talented automotive professionals being placed into roles that were entirely wrong for them, by agencies that treated a Sales Executive the same way they would a warehouse operative. The motor trade deserved better, and so did the people who dedicate their careers to it.

Today, Automotive Talent Partners is one of the UK's most trusted specialist automotive recruitment agencies.
