Unlike traditional contractors or consultants who charge fixed day rates regardless of outcome, our short-term assignments are delivered on a commission-only basis. No day rates. No retainers. No guaranteed income.

Flexible Sales Support Without the Fixed Cost
Dealerships don’t always need another permanent salary on the payroll. Sometimes they simply need experienced additional support at the right time, with the right commercial focus. Automotive Talent Partners provides experienced dealership sales support on a flexible, results-driven basis — no basic salary, no day rate, and no cost simply for attendance. We’re deployed when a dealership needs extra help to protect performance, maximise opportunity and avoid losing revenue during key trading periods.
When We Can Help
- Driving additional registrations to help achieve monthly, quarterly or manufacturer VRB targets
- Supporting the dealership during holiday cover, sickness or unexpected absence
- Bridging the gap during recruitment processes or notice periods
- Clearing overaged used-car stock that is depreciating and tying up capital
- Providing experienced support during sales events, plate changes and promotional weekends
- Re-engaging existing leads, prospecting databases and managing enquiry follow-up

The structure is simple: the dealership only pays when units are sold and delivered, with additional reward linked to completed finance and insurance products. You pay for results, not attendance.

Targeted Overaged Stock Support
Overaged stock is a direct cost to the dealership — vehicles keep depreciating, stocking costs rise, and capital stays tied up in units that should already have been converted into revenue.
Where we’re specifically instructed to focus on an agreed list of overaged vehicles, an enhanced, focused assignment can be arranged. The dealership provides a targeted stock list at the start of the assignment, letting the consultant concentrate on the vehicles creating the greatest commercial pressure.
Sales Events & Short-Term Campaigns
For sales events, plate-change periods, database campaigns and promotional weekends, a tailored commission-only package can be agreed. Typical assignments include:
- Weekend sales events
- End-of-month registration drives
- Manufacturer campaign periods
- Used-car clearance events
- Database renewal activity
- Lapsed enquiry follow-up
- Lead management and appointment setting
- Part-exchange and stock-generation campaigns
Where support is focused on appointments rather than completed deliveries, an optional appointment-based arrangement can be used instead.
How We Work
- No basic salary, retainer or day rate
- Payment is based on completed results only
- Vehicle reward becomes payable once the vehicle has been delivered
- Product reward becomes payable once the relevant product has been completed and activated
- Invoices issued weekly or monthly, as agreed with the dealership
- Any mileage, travel or accommodation outside the agreed local area is agreed in advance
- Assignments can be structured as short-term support, specific campaigns or rolling monthly requirements
- A minimum agreed level of access to stock, leads, systems and processes is needed to maximise results
