Vehicle Technician

We are looking for a fully skilled Vehicle Technician to join an established workshop team in Reading. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help deliver an outstanding standard of service to customers through diagnostics, repairs and servicing across all makes of vehicle.

The role involves carrying out diagnostic work using up-to-date equipment, completing repairs and servicing to a right-first-time standard, and working towards productivity and efficiency targets as part of a supportive team.

• Time-served technician with an NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Confident using current diagnostic equipment
• A proven track record of high-quality repairs
• A full driving licence (essential)
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• A flexible, customer-focused approach
• Main dealer experience is preferred, though training can be provided
