Service Advisor

Hendy Toyota Poole is looking for a skilled Service Advisor to become the face of our aftersales operation. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.

You will book appointments, liaise with workshop technicians, provide accurate job estimates, upsell additional work where appropriate, and ensure customer satisfaction scores remain at the highest level.

Experience with Kerridge or similar Dealer Management Systems is highly advantageous.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership
• Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS experience desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy service environment

• Salary £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience
• Monthly bonus scheme
