Aftersales Manager

Jardine Motors Porsche Guildford has an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre Aftersales Manager to oversee our award-winning service department. You will have full P&L responsibility for the service, parts, and bodyshop departments, managing a team of 20+ staff.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will set KPIs, drive upsell initiatives, manage customer satisfaction programmes, and ensure Porsche Centre standards are maintained at all times.

This role suits a current Aftersales Manager from a premium or sports-car franchise.

• Minimum 3 years as Aftersales Manager in a premium franchised dealer
• Proven track record of improving CSI scores and aftersales profitability
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• P&L management experience

• Basic £50,000 + bonus OTE to £75,000
