Sales Controller

Sytner Mercedes-Benz Coventry is looking for a Sales Controller to drive new and used car performance. You will work alongside the Sales Manager and Director to coach the team, manage deal approvals, and ensure the department delivers consistently against targets.

You will monitor activity levels, run daily meetings, manage stock turn, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand values.

• Current Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive with management ambitions
• Mercedes-Benz or premium brand experience preferred
• Strong numeracy and ability to read trading accounts
• Natural leadership and coaching ability

• Salary £45,000–£65,000
