Dealership General Manager

Pendragon is seeking an exceptional Dealership General Manager for one of its flagship multi-franchise sites in Birmingham. This is a rare and high-profile opportunity within one of the UK's most recognised automotive retail groups.

You will have full P&L accountability, leading a team of over 60 staff across sales, aftersales, finance, and administration. You will set strategy, manage senior department heads, and oversee manufacturer relationships.

The successful candidate will be an existing Dealer Principal or General Manager with a passion for performance, people development, and operational excellence.

• Proven track record as a Dealer Principal or General Manager in a franchised dealer group
• Full P&L management experience at multi-department level
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturer standards and processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through periods of change

• Basic salary £80,000–£110,000
