This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader with a proven track record of delivering results across vehicle sales, aftersales performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team development. The Role As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the dealership's overall performance, ensuring the business achieves and exceeds manufacturer, financial and operational objectives. You will lead from the front, creating a high-performance culture whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards and developing the next generation of dealership leaders.

Key Responsibilities Full accountability for dealership profitability and performance. Drive new and used vehicle sales results. Oversee and support a successful aftersales operation. Manage budgets, forecasting and financial controls. Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams. Maintain strong manufacturer relationships and standards. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and online reputation. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance. Create a positive, professional and results-driven dealership culture. Requirements Previous experience as a General Manager, Head of Business or Dealer Principal within a franchised automotive dealership. Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding. Proven ability to lead successful sales and aftersales departments. Excellent people management and coaching skills. Experience working with manufacturer standards and reporting. Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities. Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
