F&I Manager

Inchcape Mercedes-Benz London is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to maximise finance penetration and add-on product income within our high-volume West End operation.

Working alongside our sales team, you will present structured finance proposals to customers, ensure all FCA regulatory obligations are met, and deliver outstanding product penetration across GAP, warranty, service plans, and tyre insurance.

A thorough understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and the ability to treat customers fairly whilst maximising commercial outcomes is paramount.

• Current FCA authorisation or Competent Person status
• Proven F&I performance in a franchised dealership
• Experience with CDK or Dealer Management Systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty regulations

• Basic £35,000 + uncapped OTE to £65,000
