Business Manager

Pendragon Nottingham is seeking a high-performing Business Manager to join one of the UK's largest dealer groups. You will support a team of sales executives with structured finance presentations and ensure maximum product penetration across our broad range of financial products.

This is a site-based role with excellent earning potential for a commercially minded professional who understands FCA regulations and can consistently deliver against targets.

• Minimum 2 years as Business Manager or F&I Manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of FCA compliance requirements
• Strong product knowledge across PCP, HP, PCH, and add-on products
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Basic £38,000 + OTE to £60,000
