Workshop Controller

Lookers Mercedes-Benz Manchester is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy service department. Key responsibilities include loading and dispatching jobs, monitoring workshop throughput, liaising with parts, and supporting development of workshop staff.

You will also be responsible for health and safety compliance within the workshop area, working closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to maximise productivity.

• Previous Workshop Controller or Senior Technician experience
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz CDK or similar workshop management systems
• Leadership and team motivation skills

• Salary £36,000–£44,000
